How To Return & Exchange

We will do full refunds or exchanges within 14 days of delivery date excluding shipping costs. In order to receive the refund or an exchange the purchased item must be in its original condition which includes all labels, packaging, and has to be sealed. If your purchased item does not meet these guidelines, then your purchased item will be sent back to you.

In the event of a return please use this email [email protected] with providing your order confirmation. You will receive a response within 1-2 business days which will give you the status of your request. Please give 5-10 business days for credit card transactions to return to your bank statement.
